DiapOut: Chapter 42

SQUEEEEEEAK!

The metal door hinges of Potty Monster’s toilet-shaped prison creaked and a flood of pudding spilled out onto the floor as Kyoko was finally freed in anticipation of her next turn. Staggering while climbing out of the muck-filled cell, she paused to ring the thick chocolate from her hair and t-shirt, the latter of which had been stained with enough brown gunk to render the show’s white and yellow logo unreadable.

“Here, wipe your face off with this, and don’t dally,” said Keelee, offering Kyoko a small sweat towel; the most they could offer considering they didn’t exactly have the time to halt the show and let her shower.

Unsurprisingly, the soft, blue towel in Kyoko’s hands turned dark brown in seconds as she prioritized cleansing the area around her eyes, nose, and mouth before running the towel down the length of her hair. During this process, she locked eyes with her embittered team from across the studio. While Cade looked aloof as ever, both Rupert and Zeke had plenty of reasons to be pissed at her. Sadly, even though Rupert’s gaze held far greater contempt, it was the sorrow hidden within Zeke’s scornful expression that devastated her the most. “Um…if it’s not too much trouble, could I chat with my team for a moment? I promise to be super quick,” she said, her chest tightening as she pleaded with DiapOut’s production manager.

Unfortunately for Kyoko, maintaining the show’s haggard filming schedule was a considerably more pressing issue for Keelee than whatever relationship drama was going on behind the scenes. “Yeah, that’s not gonna happen. You’ll have plenty of time to talk to your buddies when your turn is over. Now, if you’re done cleaning up…” she said, holding out her hand for Kyoko to drape the used towel over.

Sighing dejectedly as she passed off her towel to Keelee, Kyoko knew arguing would only extend the process. If she wanted to mend things with Zeke and Rupert, she needed to get through her turn as fast as possible. Liquid chocolate sloshed within her droopy padding and trickled down her legs as she waddled behind Keelee over to CassiRole’s raised platform.

“Well, hey there, silly girl. Long time, no see,” said Cassi, scoffing as she glanced up and down Kyoko’s fudge-coated appearance. “You’re looking as yummy as ever. I hope you’re enjoying Round 3 as much as I–”

“Oh, save it,” grumbled Kyoko, cutting Cassi off mid-sentence. After Cassi’s betrayal, the last thing she wanted was to be flirted with. “You told me I could trust you, then used what I said to hurt my friends. You already got what you wanted. Just leave me alone.” She folded her arms and turned her back on her gracious host, unable to shake the raw feeling in her gut over having given her virginity to someone so two-faced.

Dropping the smile she wore for the cameras, if there was one thing Cassi couldn’t stand, it was rejection. “Yeah…I guess you’re right. I got exactly what I wanted, and so did you. But by all means, feel free to frame me as the villain in your mind…if it makes you feel better,” she taunted, refusing to let Kyoko get away without her share of the blame.

“Hey, girls…” said Keelee, snagging the resentful pair’s attention, “…the camera’s over here.” With her rolled-up cue sheet in hand, she gestured to the front-facing camera that Cassi and Kyoko had unintentionally ignored.

Cassi lifted her chin high and smirked as she turned to face the dark void of the camera. “Hate me all you want but I’d smile if I were you, silly girl. Unless you want everyone to see that pretty face of yours scrunched up like a sad cat,” she said, dealing Kyoko one final jab right as Keelee began her countdown.

As much as Kyoko didn’t want to, she soon found herself callously forcing a fake grin upon her face; a shamefully vain reminder of how much of her soul she’d already sold to the Hollywood machine. In her eyes, she deserved no less. The trust her team had put in her, to lead them to victory or otherwise, had been misplaced. Now, all that was left for her to do was smile and hope that her gambit of bringing in new WET Diaper Club members would be worth it in the end.

-------------------------------------------------------------

DiapOut Cheerleader

After rolling a 4, Kyoko was saddled with a Play-It or Pass-It Challenge that required one player to stand on the edge of Cassi’s platform and hype up the audience by any means necessary. Not wanting to give the Wetters any more opportunities to gain points, she reluctantly decided to shoulder the challenge herself; a choice that once again separated her from the rest of her team. “Let’s go, DiapOut fans. Make some noise,” she said unenthusiastically, waving a pair of pom poms around while wearing a custom, yellow and brown DiapOut cheerleading uniform that stood no chance of hiding her bloated diaper. +/-10 points for the Messers.

Oof Poof Doofus

Not to be outdone, Misa’s 6 saw the Wetters zooming past the Messers, placing her atop a red punishment square. A comically large Oof Poof romper was swiftly fitted to her body, which ensured her knees would not be touching for the rest of the Round. Regrettably, while her hypnosis had finally broken, her babyish lisp and, more importantly, her horniness for diapers remained unmoved. “D-Dis ish tupid,” she mumbled, walking with a wide gait back to her team’s space on the board with a lustful line of blush sprawled across her face. +10 for the Wetters.

Baby-Go-Round

Cade’s luck was nowhere near as good as Kyoko's or Misa's, proven with a dice roll that advanced his team a dismal 2 squares. Fortunately, this afforded him the opportunity to face off against one of the Wetters in a DiapOff Challenge where the person who held onto a spinning Merry-Go-Round the longest netted 15 points for their team. He wasted no time at all singling out Lelaya, who had been bound within a straight jacket since the first round. Try as she might to wedge herself between the bars of the children-sized Merry-Go-Round, she had no chance to outlast Cade without the use of her hands. +15 points for the Messers.

“Three up and three down. You guys are doing great out there,” praised Jackson, masterfully controlling the game from behind the scenes to keep the rest of Round 3 short and snappy. Moreover, the Wetters still had a commanding lead. The only shot the Messers had was to reach the end of the board first, and with Jackson able to manipulate each dice roll, they were pretty much dead in the water. “Camera 2, stand by with Rupert. Ready on Camera 1 with Cassi and Ayaya. Keelee, you can count them in.”

“We are back in 5, 4, 3…” shouted Keelee on cue, her energy a tad more upbeat now that the show was moving like a well-oiled machine.

“Welcome back, DiapOut fans! Both teams are only a few spaces from reaching the end of the board, and it’s still anyone’s game!” lied Cassi, attempting to maintain engagement in spite of the obvious ending they were careening toward. “Before we get into Ayaya’s turn, we need to award Rupert for being an extra good boy and completing his Play-it or Pass-It Challenge. Everyone give him a big hand!”

Cutting to Camera 2, Rupert proudly rose from the red bouncy ball he’d been riding since Ayaya’s last turn. “That’s 10 points closer! We ain’t done yet,” he shouted, grabbing the red ball’s rubbery handle and chuckling it across the studio victoriously, much to the crowd’s amusement.

“Hehe! Now that’s one happy bab!” giggled Cassi, teasing Rupert’s masculine bravado before turning to face Ayaya. “You can’t be feeling too good about that. After all, it was you who passed on the challenge. Let’s see if you can make up for it the second time around. Are you ready for your second turn?”

Nodding her head coyly, Ayaya couldn’t be less worried about her upcoming turn. “Born ready,” she said, allowing the oversized dice block to fall from her hand before Cassi permitted her to do so. A nearby cameraman scrambled to lower his shot to accommodate Ayaya’s roll, getting the large cube centered up as it came to a stop on a 3.

“Nicely done! That moves your team within 2 spots of the finish line!” announced Cassi, watching as the rest of Ayaya’s team approached the cutout of a shiny pink castle at the end of the board. “Now, let’s find out which Betting Challenge you’ll be…playing…” Gesturing toward the overhead monitor, her cheerful expression faltered as she soon found Ayaya’s medallion dangling from her forearm.

Donning a satisfied simper, Ayaya had played the hand she’d been dealt to perfection. “No need. I’m confident enough in my team’s lead, and I’d hate to waste this lovely power you’ve given me,” she said, cleverly avoiding yet another turn after having previously passed her challenge off to Rupert the last time she was up. Considering how little of the board both teams had in front of them, it looked as though she was going to escape Round 3 completely unscathed.

“W-Well…that’s…certainly an option. By using this medallion, your Betting Challenge is hereby forfeited with no points gained or lost,” said Cassi, earning muted claps from her audience along with a few idle boos.

Unphased by the negative response to her expert-level strategizing, Ayaya was happy to play the heel. After all, there was nothing an audience loved more than the cocky antagonism of a heel. “You diaper dorks can whine all you want to but it’ll take a lot more to get these pampers full again!” she jeered, whipping her butt around and playfully smacking it. The boos grew louder but so too did the cheers, garnering her the most explosive reaction of the game thus far with little more than some light taunting. “Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got a game to win. Ta-ta for now.”

Cassi’s tongue clicked as Ayaya hopped down from the platform and skipped back to her team without a care in the world. Had this been earlier in the game, she would’ve seen to it that Ayaya got an extra special dose of diaper humiliation thrust upon her during her time in CassiLand. Shrugging off the uneventful interaction, she decided not to let Ayaya ruin her first night as DiapOut’s host. Round 3 would be over in a few turns anyway.
