Clown Dummy: Chapter 2
“Aaaaannd there we go,” said Mark as he finished taping Rocky into a fresh Super Absorber XXX. He patted her diaper front and smiled, “Thanks again for helping me this weekend, Pebbles.”
Rocky bashfully accepted Mark’s praise, “Oh, shush! It’s not that big a deal. Besides, aren’t these suckers shipping out in a few days,” she said, not caring for an instant that today was her birthday.
Having grown up below the poverty line, Rocky had never really done anything special for her birthday. As she grew older, she got used to working through her special day. It wasn’t that she didn’t want a birthday party, she just didn’t want her friends and acquaintances to feel put out. She’d stopped telling others long ago. She hadn’t even told Mark yet, so when he asked her to help patch a bug with the Super Absorbers, she had no reason not to tag along.
Mark helped Rocky to her feet and proceeded to remove her shirt. She’d gotten so used to her Daddy changing her in and out of clothes that she didn’t even question it anymore. What she did question was what he pulled out of a bag near his feet. It was her favorite pretty pink baby doll dress. She bit her lip, trying not to let it show how aroused that dress made her feel, “W-what’s with the dress?”
Wrapping his arms around Rocky’s waist, Mark brought her in close and whispered in her ear, “Since it’ll just be the two of us today, I thought we could make our test a little interesting.”
Rocky turned bright red at the thought of what Mark could have up his sleeve. He was already giving her the best birthday ever and he didn’t even know it. She could feel herself getting hotter as she muttered, “O-okie, Daddy.”
Mark lifted Rocky’s arms up once more with no resistance from his obedient little girl and slid the cute outfit onto her body. “There we go! Now my Pebbles is ready to play,” he cooed, patting Rocky’s head as they left the changing room cozied up next to each other.
Once they entered the testing chamber, they were greeted by a vast darkness. It was the first time Rocky had ever seen this place fully powered down. It was a little scawy to be engulfed by such an endless void. She wasn’t afraid, though, because Daddy was here to protect her. She watched with high enthusiasm as Mark flipped several switches, causing a cacophony of humming machines to awaken.
However, just before Mark could flick the light switch, he turned to Rocky and gave her a big kiss. It was passionate and wonderful. He could never get enough of his little one’s plush lips. Still, he knew the snogging had to end for the fun to begin. As he broke away from their kiss and looked her square in the eyes. He’d want to remember her reaction forever. He whispered, “Happy Birthday, Rocky.”
Rocky was screwed. She had no chance to recover from Mark’s mind-boggling kiss before he sprung his tender and unexpected birthday well-wishes. She couldn’t even get a word in before he switched on the testing chambers lights, illuminating nearly three dozen of Rocky’s co-workers. Her heart exploded.
“SURPRISE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ROCKY!”
It was obvious to Rocky that there would be no maintenance check today. This whole thing had been one giant setup! She gasped and immediately went to push her dress down, knowing in the back of her mind that there was no way in hell she was going to hide the massive experiential pamper that stuck out several inches from her hips.
The facility was decked out with birthday party paraphernalia everywhere. There was a bounce castle, a ball pit, and a giant pile of presents. And at the center of it all was a giant table with three massive sheet cakes on it and a chair at one end that looked as though it were fit for a queen. The throne was pink with golden accents and it quite literally had Rocky’s name on it, with a giant “R” carved at its top and countless multi-colored balloons hanging overhead.
Rocky wanted to hide, scream, jump for joy, and barrel through everyone to make a quick escape all at the same time. However, she did none of those things, her legs locked and buckling. A melancholic feeling washed over her like a gentle wave. Only minutes ago, she was thinking about how she’d never had a birthday party. Now, here she was, standing in front of the most elaborate party she’d ever seen.
And...it was all for her. Her co-workers, her friends, and especially Mark, went to great lengths to arrange all of this for her. It was so overwhelming and beautiful that she couldn’t contain her emotions. Tears fell down her smiling face, as her head swung back and forth between her co-workers and Mark, not sure who to thank first.
Luckily, Mark was there to rescue Rocky from her speechlessness, as he scooped her up into his arms and brought her into the adoring crowd of colleagues. She was so flustered by everyone doting so much attention onto her. The first to greet her was, of course, Tina, who swooped in for a selfie with the birthday girl, “Say diapee!”
Pushing away her negative emotions, Rocky was beaming with joy. She’d been getting more comfortable being around others in diapers discreetly. While she was nervous to be shoved into the deep end with no preparation, she was simultaneously thrilled to take her next big step forward as an adult baby, even if she was insanely embarrassed. She smiled as widely as she could, “Diapee!!” shouted her, Mark, and Tina in unison.
And with that first photo, the party got into full swing. The guests teased her to no end, gushing over her dress and telling her she was the most adorable Little ever. To say it wasn’t going to Rocky’s head would’ve been a massive lie. The more encouragement she got, the bigger and bolder she started to behave, rocketing toward Little space at a rapid pace.
By the time they moved on to presents, Rocky’s inner child had complete control. She clapped and giggled at each and every gift she received, many of them hand-me-downs, which had seen a lot of love. It filled Rocky’s heart with pure bliss to have...a family.
Rocky didn’t know how long the party was planning to go, but she never wanted it to end.
----------------------------------------
“WHHOOOOOAAAA! HAHAHA!”
Rocky sat upright in the center of the bounce castle with her hands planted firmly behind her to stabilize herself. She didn’t dare move a muscle. She was currently playing, and winning, at a game that her boss, Ned, of all people suggested. All she had to do was not fall over while half a dozen people bounced around her haphazardly.
“You’re a natural, Rocky!” shouted Ned as he bounced up close to her before stomping down hard and scurrying backward.
Rocky wiggled a little, but she managed to keep her balance following her boss’s direct attack. She grinned smugly, “Is that the best you got?!”
“Guys, guys, stop!” yelled Mark, getting everyone to cease their bouncing. He smirked at Rocky, savoring her puzzled expression. He turned his attention to his fellow teammates, “Everyone, circle up!”
All at once, Rocky’s friends surrounded her evenly on all sides. Her cheeks burned brightly as she was forced to look up at everyone from the center of attention. “Maaark? W-what are you up to?”
“Sorry, Pebbles. Game over,” stated Mark with a devilish grin, “Okay, everyone! Jump together in 3! 2! 1! Jump!”
Rocky’s circle of friends propelled themselves into the air before stamping down hard on the heavy-duty nylon surface. The bouncy castle rattled like an Earthquake with Rocky at the epicenter. Their unified ambush sent the birthday girl flying into the air, before crashing back down and flopping over. She may have lost, but was a giggling mess regardless, “Hehehe! No fair!” Everyone had themselves a hardy laugh.
“Excuse me, everyone! I have an announcement!” The laughter quieted down as Tina exited the changing room, carrying something that caused Rocky’s heart to start racing. In her bestie’s arms were a large multicolored dress, a massive, bright pink wig, and a large make-up kit.
This specific combination of wardrobe elements triggered a panicked response within Rocky. She’d never told anyone, but she had an enormous fear of clowns. She held her breath as she listened intensely to Tina’s advisory.
“I have some bad news. Margrette’s dog is sick, so now we don’t have a clown,” said Tina in a somber tone. A few “awws” were muttered around the room. But someone who definitely wasn’t disappointed was Rocky, who was practically giddy at the news. However, she did her best to hide it and pretended to be upset with everyone else. After all, they’d worked so hard and she didn’t want to appear ungrateful in any way.
Someone from the crowd butted in, “I’ll volunteer if you need someone!”
“That’s very kind of you,” said Tina, sounding perhaps a bit too sincere. Rocky might have caught on that something was up if she had been paying better attention, but she was much too nervous about a potential new clown to notice. Following a lofted dramatic silence, Tina continued, “Unfortunately, we’ve run into the same problem that we did with the Super Absorber. There are only two people small enough to fit into the costume, and it’s Margrette and Rocky.” A sly grin crossed her face for only a second, “Well, Rocky? Now’s your chance to volunteer?”
Rocky flushed with the heat of a thousand suns. She had a fear of clowns, the last thing she wanted was to be one! She nervously laughed from the floor of the bounce house, “Hehe, I...uh…” How was it always Tina who could humiliate her to no end? The room started to chuckle at the mental image of the birthday baby dressed up as a clown. She needed to douse this fire fast, “N-no, but thanks for the offer, Tina.”
Tina happily shrugged, as members of the chorus sighed with some slight disappointment. “Okay, Pebbles!” she teased, before looking over to Mark, “Yo Marcus, what should I do with this?!”
“Call me Marcus again and I spank your ass till it's numb!” shouted Mark, taking a semi-joking, semi-serious tone. Tina appeared unfazed. He then pointed back to the changing room, “Just hang it back up. It’s rented until Monday, so there’s nothing we can do about it now.”
Tina promptly turned heel and skipped into the changing room, “Okie dokie!”
And with that little distraction out of the way, the party was clear to resume. Rocky and her group of playmates moved from the bouncy castle to the ball pit and were seemingly having a blast.
Rocky threw herself into playtime, starting a turf war that was split down the middle of the pit. She made sure to team up with the powerhouse duo of Mark and Ned. Plastic balls rained down from all directions. It didn’t take long for what was supposed to be a team deathmatch to turn into a free-for-all, as Mark and Ned both took traitorous shots at the birthday girl.
However, in spite of her best efforts, Rocky was still a bottomless ball pit of anxiety. She kept turning back towards the dressing room, thinking about that clown outfit. Why, of all things, would they spend money on a clown costume? Her brain just wouldn’t let it go.
It was the dress. The poofy, absurdly colored dress that Rocky couldn’t stop thinking about. Even though she despised clowns with all of her being, that dress looked so fun and fluffy. In Rocky’s head, it was easy to brush this off as loving all things babyish and frilly. Having been deprived of the chance to be youthful and girlish for so much of her life was clearly having a massive rebound. She bit her lip, imagining herself in the silly outfit.
“Okay, clown dress. You win,” thought Rocky, as she excused herself from the ball pit, sneaking out while everyone was distracted by the brawl. She had no interest in being a clown. She didn’t necessarily even want to wear the stupid thing. She just...needed to touch it...just once.
Mark’s eyebrow raised as he watched Rocky hop over the side of the inflatable pit, pretending like he didn’t notice. He waited until she was close enough to the changing room to call out, “Hey Pebbles, where are you off to?”
The room went quiet, and everyone turned to see Rocky. She couldn’t have looked more guilty if she tried. She was already in front of the changing room, so there was no lying about her destination. Thinking of the only excuse she could, she turned back with an obviously forced smile, “I...uh...had to use the bathroom.”
“You’re wearing your bathroom, sweetie!” teased Mark with rapturous laughter.
Rocky faked a laugh with the group. She needed to come up with something fast, “Oh, um, it’s number 2 and uh…” Chuckles from all around were sounding off due to Rocky’s timidness. She really did look like a true Little begging to use the big girl toilet. She had to admit she was getting the slightest bit turned on by all of this.
Mark knew he had to let her off the hook if she was going to fall into his trap. He gave her a warm smile, “Go use the potty, sweetheart. It’s your birthday, after all.”
Releasing a bit of tension, Rocky smiled at Mark. “Thank you, Daddy,” she said almost unconsciously, before realizing that she’d called him “Daddy” in front of everyone. She braced herself for more laughter from the peanut gallery. Surprisingly, though, everyone oohed and aahed at her loving words of affection. Blushing she waved goodbye and scampered off into the changing room before things could get any more bizarre and embarrassing.
The second Rocky was out of sight, Mark and Tina turned to each other and nodded. Tina stood up from her seat at the table and stretched, before saying to herself, “I think I need to use the bathroom, as well.”
